This game will be:
Mark (Plasmaboy) flying an Orion pirate Heavy Cruiser (2x Photon / 2x phaser-1 / 2x Drone)
versus
Kevin (USMC2USAF) flying a Klingon D5W

Tony L. Thomas (scoutdad) will be the moderator.
The game will be played on a 42 x 30 hex, fixed map.
Mark will start in hex 1701
Kevin will start in hex 2630.

Energy Allocation is due to the moderator by midnight, November 8th.

Total Energy Available: 34 Energy Tokens
(Batteries discharged to pre-load Photons [C]
CA spends 16 energy tokens for baseline speed 16
CA spends 4 energy tokens to complete armign of Photons [C]

Power Remainng: 14 energy tokens

Klingon D5W:
Total power: 43 [39 + 4 batteries]
D5W spends 24 energy tokens for baseline speed 24

Power remaining: 19 energy Tokens

I have received Mark's orders for Turn 1, impulses 1 through 4.
I have received Kevin's orders for Turn 1, Impulse 1.

I have not received a response from Kevin since 11/23. Today is 12/19.
Unless additional orders are forthcoming, on 12/23 this game will be forfited and Mark will be judged the victor.

Still no further word from Kevin.

I am declaring this one for Plasmaboy.
In Round 2, Mark will be flying a Klingon D5w and an Orion CA.
