Federation Commando Frigate

I'm looking to play the scenario in Communique 135, but I can't find the Fed Commando Frigate anywhere. Can someone give me a pointer?

Just received CL52, and looking to try out the Ground Combat rules!

It was published in Communique #136.

Also, you can find where just about any ship was published in the Reference Ship Charts.
