Photobucket now limits bandwidth usage per month. Once you hit the cap, they blur the images and put their logo on top. They want you to pay for the premium service to make it stop.
I voted with my wallet and moved images to a different host (IMGUR).

I can't help with the Imgur thing.
Honestly, since you actually *have* the site, I recommend just sticking the image somewhere on the site and then directly referencing it via URL. It'll make your life way easier and you don't have to screw with an external hosting service that'll eventually change its terms of service at some point.
