Some of you asked for us to put our short story collection up on e23. Here it is!
http://e23.sjgames.com/item.html?id=ADB2201
Are you a Klingon at heart? Do you want to know more about them, what makes them tick? Try out this book!
"For the Good of the Empire" is the story of what happens when Klingon military intelligence hires an Orion Pirate ship to carry its agents into enemy territory. Can the pirates be trusted?
"The Threads of War" tells the story of Korgan, who steps into the middle of a political fire while in pursuit of an Orion Pirate ship.
"Flotilla Commander" explores the adventures of a gunboat commander out on the Klingon-Kzinti lines.
"A Plague on Their Houses" is the story of what happens when a disgruntled crewman takes revenge upon his Klingon overlords.
"Fight Fire with Fire" is another story of vengeance -- this time it is the Tholians who must pay!
These stories and their accompanying scenarios were previously published in various Captain's Logs.

Away Team Log is now up on e23! (And Jean does a happy dance!) While we are marketing this for roleplayers, it is a great compilation for anyone.

Tales of the Away Teams
Away Team Log is a compilation of the RPG material published in 19 issues of Captain's Log, along with some of the fiction and other material that will be of interest to RPG players. Finally, roleplayers can get this material without having to buy over $400 worth of books.
Not a roleplayer? Not a problem! You'll find this book an enjoyable read! This book is entirely fiction and background; system specific stats are in separate supplements.
AWAY TEAM MISSIONS: A Call to Battle; For Duty, All Things; Duty, Honor, Empire; For the Good of the Empire.
GEOGRAPHY AND HISTORY: Planetary surveys, Organia, Mad Jack's Hole. Background files on the Gorns, Skoleans, Lyran Democratic Republic, Borak, and Kzintis.
PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS: Klingon detectives, saga of a Klingon warrior, Inspector Kolmes, the mercenaries of Black Nebula, the Pirates of Orion, and zombies.
THOLIANS: A preview of a future sourcebook: deck plans, history, biology, military ranks, and their desperate journey to find (and conquer) a new galaxy.
FINAL DIRECTIVES: The phaser-Uzi, hot pursuit in starships, and Prime Directive conversions you won't ever see.

I believe several of those ships have only been previously available in greyscale or low toner (non-color) format in Captains Log or Communique.

Were any changes made to those ships between their appearance in Communique and Klingon Ship Pack #3?

Yes, but only minor "jean" things to standardize terms and such; 98% of players wouldn't notice the changes at all, and 90% would ask why we bothered making them. I think there was one typo in a movement cost somewhere.

Bought it, and since I was there, I picked up a few of the earlier ones that I hadn't before.

Did the same as well.
Anymore SFB pdf SSD books in the works?

Monty, we put up D3 recently. Right now Petrick is focused completely on C6.

Here's the horns of the dilemma, Monty.
We cannot upload non-updated books. We get SLAMMED on reviews and it hurts the whole line.
It takes 1-2 months per book to update them, and that means no work is done on new products in that time.
Sales of e23 SSD books do not pay for that much Petrick time.

Patients grasshopper.

SPP, I believe, was working on the Advance Mission Book prior to the great computer crash of 2013. That unfortunate event put the Revised SSD project months behind because, as SVC mentioned it is filler work done around paying project. All of those were also corrupted starting a massive chunk of lost time to be made up first.

Thanks for the update.
I will support all the effort with purchases.
