April 10th woud be good for me. Unfortunatley, Life intruded on me last week and I couldn't finish the game with Patrick, another week should give me chance to finish over the easter weekend if Patrick if available then.

Failing that I will concede to Patrick for not being available last week.

Fair enough. The 10th is now officially the new deadline. We will start the next round on April 16th.

Fred and Bill are goign to take a draw, but they are staying in for the next round.

Eric and M1A1DAT hope to get their game completed in the next few days.

The cat was de-clawed tonight, M1A1DAt beats me (ericphillips) in 3 turns. Interesting match though. Lots of crazeeness.

Pat and myself have just been playing another few hours, getting quite tense. Turn 5 and a ship (The gorn HDD) has finally been vaporised under a torrent of drones, but the Gorn DN is looking awfully angry and bearing down on my ships that are running out of stuff to do.

Gorn CL took some modest power damage earlier, and one of my Sals took a handful of internals.

Pat is convinced he is doomed, I'm convinced he survived the drones long enough that I'm not going to have enough to actually push home my current advantage.

Hoping to get some more play in Sun/Mon.

After a further mammoth 5 hour session Pat and myself have finished our game. A very close match, but after losing the HDD previously the Gorns couldn't out shoot my orions (and certainly not counter my manouver advantage) and Pat eventually conceded, with both his ships tractored and getting droned and phasered there wasn't much he could do to pull it back.

It was a corkingly good game, and very different to usual 'overloads at point blank range'.

Sorry.

You are correct and I have messed up by confusing Nick with Nicole further compounded by you both using the same avatar

I will redo the matchups. Only Nick (Savedfromwhat) has dropped out.

Are there any volunteers for the bye of a draw?

We have an odd number of players. If there are no volunteers to take a bye of a draw, the following tournament rule will apply:

Except for the first round, when a "bye" is necessary due to an odd number of players, it will be awarded as a "draw" to the player with the lowest score at that time. If there is a tie for the lowest score, it will be awarded to the player with the lowest score that has received the lowest number of "byes". If there is still a tie, it will be awarded to one of the tied players by random selection by the GM.
