Just to be clear here: Empires 1 through 5 are from Omega. Empire 6 is from LMC (Lesser Magellanic Cloud in Module C5). Empire 7 is main setting, but they are an extrapolation of a "never was" empire presented in SSJ#1.
It is highly likely that the Peladine will eventually be presented in Federation Commander one way or another. It may take a while (e.g. 2+ years), but they will eventually be done.
Whether Omega or LMC empires will be done in an official capacity remains to be seen. In the long, long term, it is definitely possible they would get done. But there is nothing on the horizon at this point.
