Ok so I finally worked through a Character in GCA basicly by hand. Is there a easy way to export this like how Eric did his for the RP Section?

File-> Export Then select the txt file type you like.

Here's the starfleet officer I whipped up:

Sounds like you didn't upgrade it. GCA comes in version 4.0.232. The current version is 4.0.383. All you need to do is go here: http://www.sjgames.com/gurps/charactera ... pdate.html download the two update files. They are free. Once you updated GCA the PD files should work fine.
