You know, when I saw the typo from Jean I seriously thought to edit the message and silently fix it. But I thought that would be too much and totally unnecessary.

My message has always been that no one can proofread his own work. The person who wrote it sees it as correct. That's why proofreaders and editors are needed!

Well, you too can have your rack augmented by hard work over several years. His first three medals (and the five year one) are for staff work, but the intell medal is for spotting copyright violations. The ribbons he has are well, those are just the top 15 of his ribbons, he has a lot more than 15, but those are the ones with stars and some of the ones with crosses. I kinda mixed and matched ribbons to get as many colors as possible into his rack.
