I didn't say what you can and cannot use, other than outlawying Santa's sleigh. You'd need to get Mike Filsinger to decide if anything is IN the event.

Sounds good.

Thr Romulan Vulture (w/2 R torps) along with some KEs or WEs is about the only effective Plasma force I have seen for the tournament.
