I would not include fiction stories in such a background handbook.
Takes too much space and isn't the point.
We do need to do more fiction anthologies, but that's just one project that never bubbled to the top of the stack. More stuff might get done if I could have a year without a major injury, a major illness, or a death in the family. Oh, and good weather. We've lost half of this week to Markie's funeral and the other half to bad weather.
