Yes, there will be a printed version. We're guessing about 3 months from now, but it could be sooner or later, just depending on what we need to do (for GPD and other projects).

The PDF and print books are priced separately, so no discount for buying both. The only way to do that would be to charge more for the PDF including people who don't want the print book, so it's more fair and honest to let each book stand alone for it's own fair price.
