Received the package yesterday, thanks for the goodies.

After comparing the quality of the Klingon C5 mini you said was new production to the Fed BB I've come to the conclusion that the Fed is just cast from an old mold.

The C5 has much cleaner lines and sharp detail in comparison to the worn look of the BB.

Maybe it's time to check the molds?
