Show down at high noon - awesome!

I'll miss the fun as I will be out on vacation (and pretty much off the grid entirely) from Saturday Oct. 2nd to Sunday Oct. 10th.

I hope to hear all about it when I get back. :-)

Not sure, but I ususally see him on SFBOL in the evenings, popping in and out after 9ish eastern or so.

Actually, I've been running them around in my head for weeks now and the thing is, how funny can it be with a race that only "does it" every 7 years or so.

It just didn't work really.

"What's the definition of a Vulcan Whore?"

"A woman who has children only 6 years different in age!"

Just doesn't have that "fall off your chair laughing" factor.

Until yesterday, I hadn't thought of what my FC initials would be. I just wanted a silly name and the thought of a Vulcan dropping out of school is absurd.

In Star Trek (2009) Spock dropped out of the Vulcan Science Academy right after being accpeted. Also, in TMP he dropped out of the Kolinar process. Come to think of it, before that he dropped out of Starfleet. He is kind of a hippie. Remebr what Kirk said: "Oh, him? He's harmless. Part of the free speech movement at Berkeley in the sixties. I think he did a little too much LDS."

That was his human side. No full blood would ever drop out. (and I was ready for someone to mention Spock)

He is a citizen of Vulcan, and he was being allowed into a prestigious "Vulcan only" institute. Therefore, he is a Vulcan dropout. Blood is non sequitur.

You got me there

Sybok?

Looks like the "dropping out of school to persue hippie dreams" comes from DADDY'S side of the family!

After all, we don't have any tournament news......

So back on topic, who's scheduled next?

T'Pol eventually "dropped out" to join Earth Starfleet in Star Trek: Enterprise.

Hey Terry/Paul:

We need a second round results board to report wins and losses.

Paul (Andromedan) would be the one to set that up.
