THat's really too bad.

A man, very old, looked up at the sky and remembered the archives he had just discovered, from the 21st century 200 years in the past.

He remembered his great-grandfather's stories about his Great Grandfather, USS Enterprise, what a great man he was, and how he was the First Fleet Admiral on the Federation Commander Forum, in the year 2026.

As he remembered all the others things USS Enterprise did, that achievement seemed to mean very little.

Star Trek was a fools pastime now because it was no longer Sci Fi, and that future had never been reached.

The old man looked up Star Trek on the internet and saw that a man, a very foolish man, who's Great Grandfathers name was Pinecone, was trying to get the decendents of all the Forum posters to revive that dead site. And then the old man remembered the day Pinecone failed to break a record of site traffic. Foolishness, he thought.

Just being silly.

I might pick on Pinecone, but I do it when he is here. You waited until he went to Disney World!!!

What evil dost thou wreck upon the world in which we liveth?

BTW, if you can not tell, Yes, I am messing with you!

And I think that should have read 'wrecketh'.

Then you would need to use the construct 'wrecketh thou' :)

Don't go there, not where Piney's concerned ;)

It's a long story, known by forum veterans here.

Ah, yeah don't worry, we know your whole post was put in as a laugh. I was just trying to poke some fun, but didn't realise Piney was at Disneyworld

I know what you mean. The connection is lousy over here. Takes forever to load. At least you're in Florida. Only scenery I have are tents, concrete bunkers, and sand. Oh...and the random mortar round crater.

Have you ever wondered why they never hold a war some place nice? They use to, but not anymore!

Yeah. I'm more than happy to be miserable over here than have my family living in a war zone!
