Look at all that stuff!!!

Argo, saddened by the lack of Carnivon rules, resigns himself to conquering the Alpha Octant in the role of the Klingons. I tried to calm him down but it was difficult when he's holding a disruptor to my head.

(Can't wait to delve into all the rules and pop out all my tokens! Thanks for the info, Scoutdad. I'm stoked!)

That's a great "what's in the box" picture.

Thanks Will. Had a lot of practice doing product shots, hobby and miniature painting how-tos, etc. when I worked at Game Workshop. Wish my dog had come out clearer...but he's always on the move.

For your counters, I recommend using a new #11 hobby knife and cutting mat. It takes all the "fuzz" off the corners and the stack better.

Thanks Mike! I'll do that.

Is that one of Jean's new marketing tactics to include a dog with every box set?

@wedge: You know, at the rate we all by SFU product...our homes would be overrun in no time flat. However, my dog does need someone to play with...

@jmt: Yes indeed!

@Ogoptimus: Thanks on all accounts! I appreciate it.

Haha, thanks Tony!

Yeah, me too. Looks like it's going to be a good time. Maybe I'll be able to make it out to Origins at some point. Join you in your F&E mega-game.

Not sure if this counts as "new stuff," but here goes.

I am returning to the game after almost 20 years (college, kids, career) and I managed to find a *small* part of my old collection. Here are my Nexus magazines (5, 6, 9, 13, 14, 15, and 17) and a couple of my Captain's Logs (#1 and 4) and the original Tactics Manual. Also, SSD book #5.

@Rick Smith: there are several people who come to Origins from both the Baltimore and Richmond, VA area. They all are addicted to cardboard and drive to Origins.

@Darkwing: Holy Awesome Oldschool, Batman! Nice stuff.

@Mike: I may have to hitch a ride...or shadow them. Thanks for the heads up, Mike. When the time gets closer, I'll have to get some names.

@Rick: Go to the other BBS and let the list there know under: http://www.starfleetgames.com/discus/me ... 1288051078

This is where all the planning for the event happens and you can find those that may be going. I can think of at least two different groups that have persons that go.
