As long as there is a K7R and a KDR (or KD5R) in it I will be happy. I would really like to finish my Romulan Kestral fleet.

The vulture would be nice at some point, but honestly the costs of Romulan ships is so wierd I would rather get something closer to 150 points, as it stands now the only option is the KE.

I also think the K4R should be on the list, although I doubt it is as popular as the other kestrals

There are a couple problems looking at things this way.

The first big problem is that any thing without Federation, Klingon, and/or Romulan ships just don't seem to sell as well as others. That is why there are so many Federation ships: that is what the customers want.

The second big problem is that fleets are not constructed equally. The Romulan fleet (when counting ship classes) is immense. Quite literally, they have three full fleets. Likewise, the Hydrans have two (maybe two plus) fleets. Others have very little variations. For example, it is going to be extremely hard to expand the Seltorians. Once their two last ships (CF, NCL) are done, they are, for all intents and purposes, done. The Vudar are in a very similar spot.

So, while it is a nice idea to state that "everyone else should catch up", it isn't feasible from a flat out ultimatum. Note that it will still be a desire and goal, but there are other factors that prevent it from being the guiding or primary goal.

I figure the top four Romulan ships are K7R, KDR, Vulture, and Royalhawk. Considering they will likely only get two, and at best three, there just isn't much need or reason to add any more ships to the Romulan list. The Romulans just have too many great choices to pick from.

The concept of REINFORCEMENTS ATTACK is an across-the-board addition to the fleets. Everybody gets a shp or two or three. Concentrating on doing the 40 ships to bring everybody up to 14 is unworkable for several reasons.

As Mike noted, some of those empires don't have many unpublished ships.

Some empires just have two or three times as many designs.

Some empires are just not as popular or as important.

The "40 ships to bring everybody up to 14" product described would not sell. It's that simple.

SVC, Thats why i called it a suggestion and explained my thinking that brought it about. I think it would have been a good thing but if there is no way it would sell than thats the way the cookie crumbles. Thank you for your comments.
Mjwest, The Royalhawk was in booster 9, the Regalhawk,Killerhawk, or that one that starts with a "D" would be cool.
I am not opposed to everyone getting a ship but i believe the Feds are running low for ships that have not been designated for another module.

That is 33 ships. In the main description, it is described as having 16-20 ships with up to 12 more in boosters. That means a total of 18-32 ships. So, you have listed more than will be done (though not by as much as I first stated). Let's go with the lower number of 28. Which ships would you remove to get to 28?

Well based of SVC's list here is what i would chose:
Fed=BCP; Gen=Ground Base's; Kli=SD7,E7; Rom=Vul,K7R; Kzi=DD,DF; Gorn=DD; Tho=TK5,CAP; Ori=MR,BRH; Hyd=CHE; And=Viper,Imposer,Infestor; Lyr/LDR=HDD,HFF; WYN=BCH,CF,DN; ISC=CF,DNH,DNL; Vud=BCH,CF; and Selt=CF.
So thats my 28 choice's, personnelly i would like to see most of the ships SVC listed published.

I am trying to understand why everyone wants the vulture so badly. Anyone want to explain that one.

Also Jeff, you have three races with three ships maybe try spreading those out so everyone gets two.
