I am trying to get Paul to fix the Orion coding so that Lee can take the force he wants. Count Lee as in in the Orions, but he will drop if Paul does not fix the client.

Paul has fixed the client. The next release will have the fix, so you can count Lee in.

If I were to take Orion would it bump the point cost again?

It will only do so if we get less than 12 players. I will be waiting until after the 22nd before I bump any more empires up. The Seltorians were an exception earlier because we were well on the way to having 5 players select them if they were not bumped up. It was obvious at that point that they should just be bumped up.
