Turning the heatmap off will show exactly where the checker is complaining about the thickness. Many times this has nothing to do where the heatmap hotspots are.

It is difficult to notice unless you look closely, but the check box for the heat map is grey out and locked on to being checked. There was no where on the 3788 Paladin that the autochecker was complaining about enough to allow the heat map to be unchecked and change to the other view, hence my comment about my relief at seeing this screen. The autochecker was essentially saying I got the thickness right with the first try and I wasn't going spend hours tweaking and rechecking to get a pass.
