Okay...
[Acrobatics defaults to DX-6... but maybe Combat Reflexes can help a little if I'm generous... (3d6=8 )]
Close enough...!
You sling yourself into the transport and somehow manage to roll into position and ready your energy rifle.
There is a figure in black up front at the controls...
"What the--" she exclaims, getting up out of her seat.
Your move.

OOC: Hmmmmm....do I want to end her once and for all or should I make it last longer.....

1)does the energy rifle have a stun setting 2) can he set it to stun and fire at her in 1 second?

Nope, no stun setting.
It's an old Klingon weapon. Not designed for wussy Feds.

Marcus decides to end it here and now. He fires the full ROF of the energy rifle at her torso. saying just before,"Remember me @#$%?!"
Is she surprised?

"Damn, Marcus," he says, hurrying into position trying to get in the transport, "Now I can't fill the thing full of ricocheting lead. Slugthrowers are great for that, energy weapons just don't bounce around a ship like good old lead."

Marcus shoots wildly...
[Rifle, 13 or less... -2 for range... oh no... (3d6=15)]
The shots smash into the plasteel view-shield of the skimmer.
She runs toward you and takes a swing at you...
[Move and attack... karate punch... 9 or less... (3d6=14)]
Cue old school music: Dun Dun Duuun Duuun Duuun Duuun Da Dun Dun Da Dun! Dun Dun Duuun Duuun Duuun Duuun Da Dun Dun Da Dun!

Marcus girns, He preferred it this way. He drops the rifle and throws a punch at midsection (skill of 14).
OOC: Not that this matters for this case but if it is a distruptor rifle as described in the Prime Directive book it has a ROF of 5 which gives him a +1 to hit becuase of the number of shots.

Okay...
[Boxing style punch to torso... 14 or less (no mods?!)... followed by the defense roll... a dodge... if necessary... (3d6=12, 3d6=10)]
It was a good punch, but she dodged it...!
The figure in black takes the evaluate maneuver....
You notice that her eyes are all black. [The camera does not seem to get that funny blurry focus thing on her when is zooms in there for the close up shots for some reason....]
[Also... that *energy rifle* is the lower TL old school gun from GURPS Klingons, so I've been playin' it right...!]

Marcus takes another swing at the torso giving her a -1 to her defense using a deceptive strike (-2 to his boxing skill 12 or less to hit)

Here it goes...
[Boxing Punch 12 or less... with possible dodge at a penalty... (3d6=8, 3d6=10)]
Amazing... she just barely dodged that... and she evaluates you one more time...

Marcus tries it again except this time with a -2 to her defense and a -4 to his attack (10 or less). He will use a retreat Manuver if she launches an attack (+3 to parry using boxing).

The figure-in-black...
[10 or less... plus another possible dodge at -2... (3d6=9, 3d6=5)]
dodges Marcus's punch again...!
[All-out-attack... Deceptive... some kind of specialty kick (16? +4 +2 -3 -6 = 13)... vs Parry of (11 + 3 - 3 - 2)... ***13 or less then 9 or less*** (3d6=11, 3d6=8 )]
Doggone... you parried her kick...
but... you've backed up to the open door, blocking Fred from climbing in! You can't retreat anymore...!!
She went all out and so gets no defense next time.

Marcus comes at her a with 2 quick jabs to the torso with his left and a followup to the torso with his right.
(basically he is doing All-out Attack double replacing one of the extra attacks with a rapid strike and is using 1 fatigue to reduce the rapid strike pentalty to -3. So 3 attacks at 11 or less, 11 or less and 14 or less with no defense afterwards.)
Reference page 370 in Campaigns "If you already have multiple attacks , for whatever reason, you can replace one of them and only one with 2 attacks at -6." cavet: extra effort in combat lets you reduce that penality to -3 for 1 fatigue)

Triple punches of awesome:
[11 or less, 11 or less, and 14 or less... punching a defenseless girl... (3d6=11, 3d6=5, 3d6=10)]
Looks like three hits...
Too bad she's got some sort of torso-armor underneath that groovy black clothing...!
Check mate!
She does an all out attack...
[(16? - 3 + 4 - 2) Push Kick... deceptive... all out...succeeds on 15 or less... (3d6=9)]
She pushes you out of the skimmer... and into Fred!
You collapse onto the sand...
Before you can react... she closes the transport door...
The skimmer starts to float away...!

(I can't do anything? Like even dodge Marcus, and blow her brains out?)
"Bee-yatch! I told you she was some kinda spy," he says, letting rip with the gun, trying to target the 'makes it fly doo-hickey'. (Sorry for getting all technobabble.)
