Marcus jams the phaser harder into his head,"No tricks or I'll boil your brains! Hurry it up!" He says to Fred,"I got this guy go check to see if there is another way out that someone could have escaped through. This might not be the guy we are looking for."

OOC: Did Marucs find anything of interest on the man as he was patting him down?

Marcus says,"Get there and delay them until I can get the others through! We will be there as soon as we can!" grabbing the guy by the back of the coat. "Your running out of time! You have 5 seconds to open this thing or you will be labotamized!"

The iris door opens just in time for Marcus to see...

[Captain Jack-- Hit on 13 or less... (3d6=14)]

Captain Jack miss badly at short range...

[Skexis-- 13 or less to hit... (3d6=9)]

Skexis hit with three phaser bolts...

[HT rolls... heavy stun... (3d6=13, 3d6=9, 3d6=11)]

And the figure in black collapse to the ground.

The figure in black appears to be wearing a sleek back pack.

Marcus, some what disappointed he didn't get a rematch says,"If you guys are finsished screwing around lets check and see if there are any more people we have to pursue?" Pushing the guy into the room with Captain Jack and Skexis. "Now my friend tell mewho you are and where the Artifact is and we may just stun you."

OOC: GM can you describe the 2 or 3 rooms we were/are in and all the exits in and out since I am now throughly confused as to our location(s)!

Also did he find anything when he patted down the guy in the lab coat? I aprevious post I said MArcus climbed the ladder. Did he enter a room when he climbed the ladder when teh man in the coat entered or was the LAdder in the hallway and an iris closed the hall way off to the ladder and the room with the green barrels? I am not sure where every one is an where everyone came from. A diagram would be nice.

[There is the office where you blew a hole in a wall and where lizard warriors currently (?) hold off security forces. There is a secret hallway that leads to the room where Fred blew up the barrels. Otherwise... there is a bewildering maze of passages and rooms at your current location. Back through the posh office and down through the office space... there is the hanger bay where you entered earlier. I think that's everything. You found nothing special on the man who opened the door. Fred ascended the ladder to a platform where he found a hallway to more passages and rooms.]

Inside the backpack you find... what... in every way... looks like a vintage seventies style earth Lava Lamp. (The main difference you notice, however, is that there is no cord.) Presently, it glows with a warm light. Molten blobs of some unknown red substance percolate and undulate through an oily looking liquid.

Otherwise, you find nothing special on the person of the figure in black.

Marcus says, "Great we found what we were looking for! Skexis find us a path to the Hanger bay that doesn't involve us going back the way we came. aslo some one get me something to tie this @#$% up." Motioning to the woman in black. "As for you...." He turns the guy in the coat around. "What's your story?"

OOC: then where did the guy in the lab coat come from?
