Hi all. Thanks to FedComm,I'm getting back into SFB in a big way,and I've recently picked up some of the new Modules.
What I was wondering, for example the Federation, what kind of Raid would they commit a Fast Cruiser to? Going after Tugs? Mobile Bases? I've just been out-of-it so long,I'm unsure.
Thanks for any advice!

In the right circumstances (i.e. a tug setting up a mobile base or a lightly defended mobile base might be target for a fast cruiser... but the whole idea of a fast cruiser is to get in, score damage, and get out. I'm not sure a single CF could do that against one of those targets before reinforcements arrived, that might be a better job for a DNL.
My prime targets for Fast Cruisers would be supply convoys. They can usually be found close to the enemy lines and the escorts have to be spread among several convoys.
At least that's my two Quatloos worth, YMMV.

CL27 has the class history for the Fed Fast Cruisers and Dreadnoughts. Some of the missions listed include:
Destroying a vital scout
Destroying listening posts
Destroying a base (most likely a very small one)

IIRC in the history for the E7 class, a Fed fast cruiser caught a Klingon drone bombardment squadron by surprise and attacked it. Result was one dead bombardment ship, and a disrupted drone bombardment.
There's also an FC scenario showing a fast cruiser attacking a repair ship and the cripples that it's repairing.
