There were so much discussion about using some FedCom concepts with SFB that I thought a separate thread in the SFB section might be advantageous. These ideas should not rate as "full-blown" Borders of Madness material because there is a section for that discussion on the main message board at starfleetgames.com.

These ideas will change SFB, but not into FC.

The last question posed by drfaustus asked if anyone had tried using the FC energy system with SFB.

This would make all power essentially reserve power. There would have to be some modification of other rules to account for this change.

It's not THAT simple although almost so. You'd have to pay for your movement first, and you might want to limit reinforcement energy.
