Federation Commander

I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but instead of getting the normal PM icon for private messages, I'm getting some kind of Hydran fleet avatar.

What can be done about this? I haven't made any changes.

those low-down, dirty-rotten, methan-breathing, trashcan-looking Hydrans!!!
