Does anyone know of a VASSAL version of Federation Commander?

No. I'd love to have one... but I don't have the time to create it and haven't found one that someone else has already done. If you find one, please let me know.

From the
VASSAL website:
VASSAL is a game engine for building and playing online adaptations of board games and card games. It allows users to play in real time over a live Internet connection (in addition to playing by email). It runs on all platforms, and is free for personal use.
It basically provides an electronic interface for use in playing f2f games over the 'net.

There's always Federation Commander Online:

I'd guess that someone would need SVC's permission to create and distribute a VASSAL module for FC/SFB.
