Distant Kingdoms vs Booster Zero?

Is there a large (or any) difference between the rules for Lyrans/Hydrans/Wyn from booster zero to Distant Kingdoms? I want to pick up DK but the stores I go are sold out thus far. So I'm thinking I can just get BZ to tied me over the interim instead.

Yes, there are some rules changes, though most of the differences can be picked up through the relevant issues of Communique.

The wholesalers all have DK in stock, so getting your store to get one should be easy.

Well I'm out of town right now and just visited an old store in my family's hometown, so when I go back to my current city I'll see if the store there has it in stock yet and if not I can get 'em to order it.
