Federation Commander

Just got my border box one, i was surprised that they werent foam packed like the squadren boxes.

My Klingon ships are very bent out of shape, the necks were bent all over the place, i have attempted to straighten those however the wings also seem bent out of shape. Can anyone recomend a good and safe way to straighten them.

When something like that happens, email us rather than put it on the Forum, please. The guy in charge of packing those boxes never reads the Forum and would never know what's happening.

Sorry, I wasnt posting it as a critisism but as a way to get advice on how to straighten them out. But ill mail them to give them my opinion.
