Just a note, I'll be taking down
www.jaynz.info and my galleries over the course of this next week. It's pretty obvious Trek's not for me anymore, and it's time I just look at doing other things.
Thanks, everyone, for all of their support over the years.

Ok, I can respect that. I wish you would have at least left up the galleries long enough for people to make backups.

That's a pretty radical change of direction in the space of about nine hours, but, hey, you gotta do what you gotta do.
If your heart isn't in your job anymore, you keep doing it because it puts the food on your table and the roof over your head.
If your heart isn't in your hobby anymore, quit. I mean, it is just a hobby ...

It was nice while it lasted. If you want to switch, go ahead. I've given up hobbies before. I can respect a change in decsion.
Thanks for all the feddie schematics! If you're ever looking for something to do, I'd love to see more

That just seems a little extreme. None of my business, but I do have to wonder what the 'rest of the the story' is.............
Oh well. Good luck in your next project. And remember, you always have a home here.

I'm curious as well. I alaways enjoyed your artwork and drawings Neal. It seemed that it was a complete 180* on what you had planned.
Well... I hope for, and wish you the best on your future endeavors.

Didn't like the new movie?

A number of factors, though the movie's fandom kinda galvanized it.
I've been slowly reworking a lot of the Jaynz stuff from scratch, and I've started learning Illustrator (which I bought last week, so I've got a LOT to learn)... my plan is that the work for ADB will be with the new tools.

http://www.jaynz.info/gallery.php?album=4 should keep some of you occupied for now, though.

Yes, Vanguard, welcome home.
A little time off for soul-searching is never a bad thing. And perhaps your art work, as great as it already is, may end up being even better.

It sure has! the new Colors bring the ships to life. It was much harder to relate to those old black and whites, but now I can really imagine what they would look like.
And I'm not criticizing the black and white, they were great, but the colors are awsome.
