Federation Commander Related Changes:
1) Core: Add Zoom In/Out to the toolbar.
2) FC: Fix the Fed CA (Squadron)
3) FC: Add support for fighters.
4) FC: Change the name of the Federation DN to Federation DNG.
5) FC: Add the Weapon Charts for Hellbore, Fusions, Web Casters, Web Breakers and Particle Cannons.
6) FC: Fix the problem with observers entering the room causing the Main tab to become unusable.
7) FC: Add support for fighters.
(Note #1: Using the weapons of the fighters is not supported yet)
(Note #2: Trying to launch a fighter other "<Race Name> Fighter" does not work)
