Doe that mean that the PPD takes up two weapon boxes, like the Plas-S?

Also, it seems to me that Orion ships can carry only one hellbore, and that their bases cannot carry a hellbore. Is that correct?

That's the way I understand PPDs on Orions as well Kang. I don't recall about Hellbores on bases at this point.

Yes, PPDs, along with ESGs and Pl-S, are "two-box" weapons.

As for hellbores on bases, if they aren't in the list, they aren't on the base. Hellbore use by Orions is much more heavily restricted in FC than it is in SFB.
