I need to know, who played Paul Scott in game #2 of Origins 2007 Fed Commander?

I have forgotten the name of my opponent in this game, but I did like his fleet – aesthetically at least. He took a group of 1st generation Romulans: Condor, King Eagle, and two Snipes.
