Do phasors have capacitors in FC?

Meaning if I charged them the previous turn, but did not fire them, are they still charged or do I need to pay to re charge them?

There are no phaser capacitors in FC.

Also, since they only receive power when they are actually fired, you cannot have the situation where you apply energy and do not fire. (This is true of all single-turn arming weapons.)
