Are there any official size figures for the Federation F-14 and A-10? Length, width, etc...?

There were orthographic drawings published in an old Captains Log, but they were undimensioned.

Got those. I figure the cockpits would have to, at bare minimum, have enough height for a seated humanoid figure.
