Federation Commander

Not a ship I have played, but I just spotted that a squadron scale battlewagon has a turn mode of F and at fleet scale it has turn mode of H.

Is that correct? I can't think of any other ships like that, or is one scale right and the other wrong, in which case which is right?

As a point of comparison, the SFB version in Module R12 has a Turn Mode of H.

(It also has five special sensors, though I don't recall if the Ship Card has them, too. If not, at least one would know how many to add on if you wanted to experiment on the Borders of Madness...)

Update: It is not what was intended, and the turn mode should have been H for both sides. A note to this effect should appear in Communique.
