How do I sign up for the Star Rangers program and who heads it up?

You contact me and we talk about it. Since I'm not retired yet, this will have to be a self-motivated effort on the part of the Star Ranger.

To make it clear, SVC is officially in charge of the Star Rangers. It's just easier for you guys to PM me here and let me get you instructions on how to become one.
