Frax Submarines: Voided Cloak question

If a Frax Submarine chooses to fire an overloaded Axion torpedo, (4SB3b) says that it will void the cloak for one full impulse, until the end of the next Offensive Fire Phase.

My question is this: Would the Frax Sub's cloak also be voided on the impulse it fires the overloaded Axion torpedo, so that opponents could declare me-too fire without the cloak getting in the way (stealth coating would take affect instead)?

For example, a cloaked Frax Sub fires an overloaded axion torpedo at me on impulse 3. If I choose to return fire on impulse 3, will I be shooting at the Sub through the cloak or through the stealth coating? If I wait until impulse 4, the cloak will still be voided (until the end of the Offensive Fire Phase), but what about impulse 3?

This is likely to come up in a game tonight, so thought I would ask now. Thanks,

Garrett

I asked the same question here.

Summary = the void kicks in after the fire phase, so you can't me-to and benefit from the void.

BTW, this is a general principle. Within any given set of actions, me-too happens prior to results, so you can't me-too at that point due to a result that happens at that point.

Great, thanks (must have missed it being previously asked when I was searching).

Easy to do. I sometimes have to search a couple of times to find an old thread.
