I just played a scenario with PCs in fleet scale. Is the BPV correct? The squadron scale is 55 and the fleet scale is 22. The fleet scale version is just about exactly 1/2 the boxes of the squadron scale, not 40%. Based on how other ships get point adjusted, I would expect the fleet scale to be 27-28 pts.
As a comparison, the PCW in fleet scale is the same ship except the PH-3 gets replaced with a WEB. It's 30 pts in fleet and 61 pts in squadron.
