Where is my overloaded Particle Cannons?

I was just looking at the Alien Armada and it seems that the overloaded function is missing from all of the Seltorian ships. I see that it is listed in the rules but not on the ships.
Will this be corrected? If so, will the fixed version of the ships be uploaded to e23?

It looks like the error is mine.
I will provide corrected ship displays to SVC right away.

Speaking of particle cannons, are there any recommendations for the kind of point value adjustments one should make to Neo-Tholian ships, if you wanted to swap their disruptors for particle cannons (to represent how they operated back in the home galaxy)?

If anything, the change from disruptors to particle cannons would yield a decrease in combat rating, so you should feel free to make the change at will (assuming you don't mind "overpaying" for some weapons).
