Federation Commander

Hi:
Has anyone created a production, allowable builds and substitution check list for each of the empires? I am finding it difficult to figure out what can be built ,substituted etc each turn for each empire. Is it possible to post it, or send it to me or explain what is needed to be done each turn.

Ryan opal has created an approved Order of Battle [OOB] for each empire that can be downloaded from the ADB website. You can find it here.
