SSD Drone Rack clarirification

Hey all.

I sat down tonight to work my way through A quick battle between the Federation CA and Klingon D7, and I was setting out all I needed for it. As I studied the SSDs for the CA and D7, I became a little confused by the drone rack diagram.

Drone Rack Z on the CA has two large boxes over four small boxes (two per large box). There is also a track labeled 1 and 2 under the Drones header. I hope I'm right in thinking these are reloads.

Drone Rack Y and Z both have four large boxes each, with tracks labeled 1-4 under the drone header for both of them.

If each large box in a rack corresponds to one of the ammo tracks, what do the small boxes under the large boxes on the CA represent?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I could not find the information either here or in the manual. I'm probably overlooking it. Thank you in advance for your help in this. ^_^

The racks have two full sized drones (top),
and 4 ADD (bottom 4 boxes) ---

You can fire one drone each turn or use the adds,
the other charts are to track the full sized drones

You have unlimited reloads, but must use repair points to
reload, only on turns you didn't fire the rack --

Thanks Bolo. I was wondering why I had no AD racks on the CA, but that explains it. Appreciate the fast answer.

You probably got it but just to back up Bolo. the Numbered Tracks are for tracking DAMAGE scored aginst drones in flight.

Thanks Dal. Was thinking those were reloads. There's a lot of little differences between this and SFB. Of course, not playing SFB for probably 15 years is not making the transition any easier. ^_^

Thanks Kang, and thanks to all who answered this post to help. ^_^

I did find the answer I was looking for in the rulebook, but not under drones. The answer for this was under the anti-drones section (4E1e). Sorry for not finding it before asking the question ^_^
