Federation Commander

I was inspired by the Poor Man's PFs thread to mention the poor man's Outpost.

An interesting concept to try would be an Outpost. An Outpost would be something between a mobile base and a base station. The ship card for the Outpost would be the fleet scale base station. Three Ph-4s and not much of anything else. Cannon fodder for sure and not meant to be be at the front line of anything, but something a little more substantial than a mobile base.

There are ground base stations in SFB. Perhaps that's what you want.

FC ground bases were presented in CL43 or 44 (forgot which). More importantly, they will be included in FC: Reinforcements.
