Has my order shipped?

I placed an order on the 2nd of Feb, but, other than an address query, I haven't heard anything about it.
The transaction ID is [redacted].
Has it shipped yet?
Also no refund on the difference on postage as of yet.
Cheers

Bruce, the only person who knows that is Leanna. If you don't have her email address, PM me and I'll get it to you.

Leanna's email address is
Sales@StarFleetGames.com and since she never reads this forum the only way to get an answer to your question is to email her.
She normally ships every order than can ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Sometimes that schedule changes. If she walks in on a Tuesday to find 14 orders in her email, she changes her schedule and does orders instead of accounting. If she walks in on a Wednesday to find only one or two orders, she might work on accounting that day and let the orders hang until Thursday.
Normally, no order waits more than 48 hours to ship, and many go out within 3 or 4 hours. 95% go out the day we get them or the next day.
Sometimes an order has "questions" or "problems" and Leanna sends you an email but cannot move on the order until she gets an answer to a question or gets a solution to the problem.
I do know that several orders went out on the 6th. Since we don't ship on Saturday (the 4th) the 6th would have been the first and best chance.

I asked Leanna at the 2pm staff meeting. She said: "I sent somebody, don't remember who, a request for his apartment number since the post office won't accept his address without it. I am still waiting for his answer and cannot ship his order without it. Somebody in England wanted priority shipment and I was hoping he'd confirm that he REALLY wanted to pay $50 for it and if I don't get an answer I am going to ship that anyway and charge him the money."

No that's not me. I'm in New Zealand.
Checking my bank account, there seems to be no sign of the order at all. the money that was on hold has been released, as if the hold has expired. It was on the transactions yesterday, gone today.

Bruce: your order shipped last Friday (we got it thursday).
No idea how your bank works, but the order is on the way.
We don't normally contact people when there are no problems (very few companies do), since most people just ignore such email anyway (assuming that the order will arrive when the post office so wills). If you want to be notified when your order ships, just add a note in special instructions.

After disappearing from my bank yesterday, they appeared again today. Never had that happen before. Oh well, now I'll just look forward to the game's arrival.

When you figure out how banks work, please tell all of us!

When I place an order, I know that Ms. Leanna is working on it because the charge with the large shipping estimate will show up on my on-line checking account. I know that the order is shipped when Ms. Leanna changes the total price to show the actual shipping charge.

I knew my very recent order was filled and shipped because I not only got email back on order confirmation, I got a note from the UPS with a tracking number to let me know the order shipped.

The game arrived today!

It looks a bit different (counter wise) from the version I had in the '90's.
Most of your other SFB products don't have the "loose leaf" option for them. Is it not available for these, or can I get it using the special instructions window?
Cheers

If it's not listed, it's not available.
The ones with that option are ones we print in house.
The ones without that option we have hundreds or thousands of rulebooks in the warehouse and they are bound, so there is no unbound option.
