Federation Cruiser USS Thunderchild

Going through a decal sheet of Federation Cruisers from Starfighter Decals, there's one for USS Thunderchild. I've looked in the Starship Name Registry and NCC Number List and don't see an entry for this ship - is it an official SFU name?
