Federation Commander

This year's scenario will be a variant on the "stasis box". It will feature multiple boxes and several ships who are all fighting either in an asteriod cluster or around a large planet. To keep things simple, we will be using the cadet game rules which seem to have a right balance of playability and chrome to whet the appetites of SFB recruits.
