Federation Commander

Not sure if this has been posted or not so please ignore the question if it has been. On the Frax frigate the energy cost for speed 16 is 4 points but jumping to 24 the energy cost is 8, but the cost per impulse is 1/4. Should the speed 24 cost really be 6?

It's got to be a 6 for Base Speed 24. Good catch.

If you send an email to Steve Cole, it will eventually be corrected on e23.

I fixed the file. If I have a customer request email by wednesday I'll do a revised e23 pack then.
