e23- frax ship pack 1 -drones

Do Frax BB and Frax Dn control 6 or 12 drones.
The " This ship can control 12 drones statements are not on these ship cards.

The Frax DN (like the Klingon C8) can only control 6 drones.
The Frax BB should probably be able to control 12 drones, as all other drone equipped BBs are able to. That said, if it doesn't have the comment on the ship card, then it can only control 6 drones. (How many drone racks does it even have? I forget.)
