Ground bases

Are there any particular rules for ground bases, given they turned up in Reinforcemnet attack.
Are they deployed 1 per hex side? Is there any use for all the power in the power station?

The ground base rule was mistakenly missed in the rulebook. They are in
this thread. I made the thread a sticky so it would be easier to find.

Aha thanks- I thought I had seen something not long ago, but couldn't find it.
Might I suggest adding 'ground bases' to the threads title, 5L9c doesn mean anything that useful if you are looking for a topic.
