Boosters 93-95?

Just got my copy of Hydran attack. YEAH ME! I've got Kzinti multi-drone counters now. I have a question though...
The ship guide references boosters 93-95.
Booster 94 & 95 seem to be Tugs and LTTs, so did those 2 get turned into Transports Attacked?
Booster 93 had Command/Leader ships with
Fed CLC
Klingon D5L
Kzinti MCC
Gorn CDD
Tholian CWL
Lyran CWL
WYN CWL
Hydran APA
Does Booster 93 still exist in the production schedule?

Booster 93 will effectively be included in Flagship Attack (or something like that). ADB found that the stand alone Booster idea didn't work. So, after 91 and 92 they stopped and moved the contents into Attack modules.

But does that mean the cards for the transport counters in HA are in TA? I just got HA, myself, so I'm curious to know where to get the data cards...

Yes, that is the case. It is a bit screwy, but sometimes when plans change mid-stream, you do what you can.

Any idea what else may be included in Flagship Attack? Or maybe just lump it into Borders of Madness and let us get our crazy on!

I believe the plan was to include the CWLs and DWLs in Flagship Attack. CCHs are also a possibility, depending on how Steve wants to do things.
They would not be lumped together with Borders of Madness, as there are more than enough Flagships to put in Flagships Attack, and because Borders of Madness is really intended for those things that don't fit nicely into Federation Commander, especially rules and systems with nasty fiddly bits, or systems that increase the complexity of the game. Flagships are just more combat ships with no special rules around them.
