Stingers?

Just checking to make sure I got this right...
1) Death Dragging: If a ship going 24, 24+1, or 16+1 tractors a stinger, the stinger is destroyed in Movement sub-pulse 2.
2) Ph-Gs: Same as shipboard. Can fire 4 shots in the turn and if desired can fire all 4 shots at the same time.
3) Fusion: 2 fusions with 2 charges each. Only 1 fusion can be fired per turn. Range is 3, but an extra charge will extend to range 10. So a stinger could fire a fusion beam over 4 turns without needing to be recharged or two long range fusions over 2 turns. The stinger can never fire both fusions in the same turn.
Is that right?
