Federation Commander

Federation Space was one of my friends' and my favorite game back in the early 80's. We played it to death (as well as Star Fleet Battles.) I still have it though it some what the worse for wear. This past year I have been working on an updated version of it using sectors instead of hexes and Avalon Hill's Victory In the Pacific as the core mechanics.
