ISC Fast Cruiser Ship Card question

I got the Ship Card for the ISC Fast Cruiser (number 205) as part of a recent shipment.
I noticed that on the Weapons Used track (in Squadron Scale), the rear-firing F-torps in mounts C and D are marked separately.
Usually, for any Inter-Stellar Concordium vessel smaller than a battleship, they would be grouped together, to show that only one of these torpedoes may be launched at a target ship in a given turn (as shown in this example).
In the case of the CF Ship Card, was this an oversight, or was the split intentional? (If I were to hazard a guess, I'd lean more towards the former.)
